Office users log into the web dashboard from a computer — they see all jobs, see what's missing per job, see who's done what. Crew users only use the phone app — they tap the icon, see today's work, take photos. Core includes 3 office users and unlimited crew users; extra office users are $50/month each. We charge for office users (because they cost real infra: auth, dashboard, sessions) and not for crew users (because they essentially are their phone).
Where does my data live?+
