What you get
RoofPO is a web + phone app for roofing companies to track jobs, photos, documents, customer messages, and payment status. Your subscription covers all features in your plan tier for one organization, with unlimited crew users and the seat count listed for your plan.
What you pay
- Plan fee — billed monthly through Stripe at your selected tier (Founding $149, Core $199, Pro $399+).
- SMS usage — Twilio cost + 10% markup, billed monthly. We surface usage in your settings page so you can see what you'll be charged before the invoice cuts.
- Trial — 14 days free. No card required at signup. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, the dashboard goes into read-only mode but your data stays put for 90 days.
Cancel any time
You can cancel your subscription from Settings → Subscription → Manage (which opens Stripe's hosted portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate, and we don't claw back what you've paid.
You can also export everything to spreadsheet at any time, including after cancelling. We don't lock your data in.
The first-photo refund promise
If your crew hasn't uploaded a single photo through RoofPO within 7 days of signup, email hello@roofpo.com and we'll refund that month's plan fee. No phone call, no questions. We believe so strongly that crews will use this that we'll back it with money.
Acceptable use
Don't use RoofPO to:
- Send spam SMS or unsolicited marketing texts to consumers.
- Store data you don't have permission to handle.
- Reverse-engineer the service or scrape it for a competing product.
- Bypass billing (e.g. running multiple shadow accounts to stay on trial forever).
If we believe you're doing any of the above, we'll email you, and if it's not resolved we may suspend the account.
SMS compliance
When you send messages through RoofPO, you are the sender of record for A2P 10DLC and CTIA messaging guidelines. You're responsible for obtaining consent from the people you text and for honoring opt-out requests. RoofPO will pass STOP / HELP keywords through to Twilio's standard handlers. Carriers may filter or block messages without notice; you're not entitled to a refund for filtered messages.
Liability
RoofPO is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee zero downtime or zero data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at what you've paid us in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects what you pay or what rights you have, we'll email every active customer 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree with the change, cancel before then and you'll be billed at the old rate through the end of your current period.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first — hello@roofpo.com. We'll respond within 5 business days and try to make it right before anyone has to involve lawyers.
